KPI Reporting Setup

Service Description

The measures that matter, defined once and reported on schedule. Half this work is agreeing what a number means before anyone automates it — what counts as a lead, when revenue is booked, which date a thing belongs to. I settle those definitions with you, write them down, then build the reporting so the same number means the same thing every month. Good for: two people quoting different figures for the same week. Priced by number of measures and data sources.
